Field Safety System (TUFSS)
This is an ITR developed web database for the storage of electronic based records on both university members (staff and students) and non-university members (volunteers) who participate in offsite research activities of both a terrestrial and aquatic nature and provides compliance with the Australian Standard on Scientific Diving. In addition to replacing the paper based system it is intended to provide a common point of contact for University policy and induction documents where they relate to field and dive operations. The Administrator is the University Dive Officer (UDO) in the School of Zoology.
